Design

We start from your part or CAD file and generate a 3D model of our packaging solution. This gives you a completely accurate and visual design to speed through to production and eliminate costly mistakes.

Tooling

We utilize both our in-house tool room and outside moldmakers located in the US and Asia to build our molds in the most appropriate way. Depending on your needs we can vary our tooling capabilities to range from quick turnaround to the highest of quality.

Production - ISO 9001 Certified

We are a division of PI Inc and offer a wide range of production processes including Structural Foam, Injection Molding, Thermoforming and Assembly.

PI also has a facility in China to support the Asian Market. We utilize this for smaller products that are easy to ship, offer duplicate lines in North America and Asia, and support our customers closed loop shipping to and from Asia.

Recycling

Creating a cleaner environment while reducing your cost, one of the biggest benefits to using plastic packaging is that it is recyclable. We offer a competitive buyback program.
